2. Is there a fine if I or my company does not comply?

The Penalties for non-compliance can be up to 1 month Imprisonment or a fine of up to R1000 for each non-compliance offence.

All the legislation that you need to be legal can be purchased from APCOR Legal Publishers. To get a quote all you have to do is place your products in the shopping basket provided on this website and your request will be emailed to APCOR, where we will contact you within 24hrs to fill your order or you can just phone or fax us on 011 8287700.

4. How do we keep our law books up to date?

All APCOR books come with an amendment service. All you have to do is fill in the amendment card in the front of your book and post, fax or email it to us and your details will be placed in our amendment database. You will then be contacted the moment there is an amendment to your law book.

5. What do I do if I have lost my amendment card and my books are more than one amendment out of date?

Simply call APCOR and our friendly staff will go through your book with you over the phone and help you get your product up to date or just bring your books into our offices and let us update them for you.

6. I have an outdated law book from another company. Why should I replace it with an Apcor book instead of just buying another one from the same company?

Firstly at APCOR we provide an amendment service that will not allow your book to become outdated.
Secondly our books are fully indexed making them easier to use than most other company's books.
Thirdly almost all of our law books consist of the complete Act and Regulations thus making sure that you have all the information you could possibly need at your disposal.

You can try the APCOR forum page where you can leave a post about a particular query that you might have, then check back from time to time to see if anybody has got an answer for you. NB to get on the forum page you will have to register on the APCOR home page first.
